Dumbwaiters

OHM offers several types of dumbwaiters that can do the heavy lifting for you.  They make a much smaller footprint in your home, and offer varying sizes and weight loads.  Some models can transport up to 500 lbs. between floors.

OHM’s dumbwaiters make lifting or lowering small goods such as laundry, groceries or luggage from floor to floor convenient and easy. These small transport  elevators are economical, motorized solutions saving you time, energy and preventing injuries on the stairs. They can also be installed in as little as one day and can increase the value of your multi-floor home .

Each model is available in a variety of styles and sizes, with the capacity to hold up to 500 lbs and the ability to travel 70 feet with up to 7 stops.

In a commercial application, a dumbwaiter can help with things like moving packages between floors or save time transporting food from a kitchen to a dining room. They can also increase productivity of employees by saving time and walking distance.
